Article Submitter offers two versions: Article Submitter Standard, which is free but offers only 85 websites and every submission is manual, and Article Submitter Platinum which costs a bit but offers up to 320 article directories and lets you submit articles to some of them automatically.
I'm undergoing tests for Article Submitter, but I'll post a review once I get to test it at least for a couple of weeks, as all publishers know that using an article submitter is a matter of time, given that most article directories require a login.
